What is included in our gold primary care membership?
Patients who choose our gold primary care membership get up to two office visits per month. They will also be able to have basic testing performed through our labs and are offered testing through our other labs at a significantly lower cost than that of a standard patient.
Gold members will also have the benefit of an annual physical exam. Some patients who may live far or are leading a busy schedule may find it difficult to commute to our practice. Our Gold members have the convenience of secured virtual visits for meeting with our medical staff via video conference wherever it may be most convenient for them and have access to a patient portal.

What is included in our platinum primary care membership?
Our platinum members get to enjoy all of the great benefits gold members do and then some! Patients who choose our platinum level membership have up to four office visits per month. They will also be able to have testing performed through our routine labs with other lab testings at a significant discount.
Most medications for certain chronic conditions can also be dispensed to you at your appointments for faster relief!
