Dr. Lisa Allen, MD is a board certified family physician in Green Bay, Wisconsin. She is the physician and owner of Ambiance MD, where she practices non-invasive, medical aesthetics (cosmetic rejuvenation) and general medicine. Throughout her career, her focus and true joy has always been to maximize quality patient care by taking time to listen intently, build mutual trust, and work with her patients as a team, in order to achieve their desired outcomes. For this reason, she chose to start her own, independent General and Aesthetic Medical Practice. Now, she has the freedom to focus her time, care, and attention on what matters most, the health and genuine well-being of her patients.

In addition to her work at Ambiance MD, Dr. Lisa Allen also provides awake liposuction services as an independent contracting physician with Blue Wolf Transformations, a Wisconsin clinic dedicated to minimally invasive body-contouring performed under local anesthesia.

At Blue Wolf Transformations, Dr. Allen focuses exclusively on educational consultations and performing awake liposuction procedures in their Brookfield and Appleton clinical locations. All scheduling, eligibility assessments, pre-procedure labs, and postoperative care for awake liposuction are coordinated directly through Blue Wolf Transformations.

Ambiance MD and Blue Wolf Transformations operate as independent businesses. Awake liposuction services are not offered at Ambiance MD and can only be scheduled through Blue Wolf Transformations.
